: Nobody else uses the word Ugaritic :) Who is/were the Ugaritic
: people?

They were the folks who lived in Ugarit.

Lotsa people use the word Ugaritic ... (well, maybe 150 people on the
whole planet? That's lots if you're having them all for a dinner
party) ... academics who spend way too much time obsessed with the
Mediterranean world of 7000 - 1500 BCE.

Ugarit's been going downhill since about 1500 BCE .... so most people
haven't heard of it. It was a wonderful city in the late
Neolithic/Bronze age. They were part of the Usko-Mediterranean
civilization ... all them homeys that were Berbers, (Amazigh) Basques,
Etruscans, Minoans, Mycenaeans, Elamites, Libyans, Canaanites .....
they were what was going on OUTSIDE of Egypt and Babylon.

I guess if people are going to totally plaigerize my history of henna,
it's best that I support it flawlessly with research .... (so far I
haven't found anything inconsistant, and keep finding more things that
support it) . Thank god I registered the copyright. After all, people
have stopped plaigerizing the ones that claim an Indian princess
brought henna to ancient Egypt ...... (I found the source that
concocted that one .. and ... dear lord. It was some strange dusty
rambling by an Englishman in Indian foreign service, I think ... musta
been out in the mid-day heat.)
