I used paint. You know the little tubes of paint at the craft stores?
They have a similar feel and texture and I would pratice while I
painted with my kids. I would use paper or even cardboard. Then when
I was done with a design I would had it off to the kids to dip their
paint brushes in and paint their pictures, then I wasnt 'wasting' the
paint. I also used extra expired henna, the left overs that had
already over developed and lost staining power. I could apply it to
my skin, but wash it off and it wouldnt hardly leave any stain.
However the frosting sounds much more exciting....especially with a
partner, as I think of it, I may even pick some up a the store just
for fun, wont my hubby be thrilled! ha ah!
