I do henna on paper, put a heating pad on my lap under the paper not
to hot but enough that it helps darken the color and keep it from
bleeding away from the design, then hair dry it lightly, leave it for
a day or a couple hours and gently srcatch it off with the dull part
of a knife and then I color in the designs with water color
pencils:water, its really cool to take the art to kinkos and have it
printed on the color printer on thick card stock for cards or
whatever.
Just one of my fun pastimes and its good for practicing when you dont
have clients or willing bodies especially for me in winter months :)
