there is a BIG difference between green tea, black tea, and coffee.
All are caffeinated but green tea (and black to a lesser degree) are
actually antioxidants (as are vitamins C and E) and basically help
neutralize free radicals in your cells. This may help prevent all
kinds of bad things including cancer (but the FDA won't let you say so).
Coffee is a different story. I remember Gilded Lilies mix making me
downright buzzed with the "diva mix" added - it contained coffee!
Coffee is also quite bad for you, robbing you of many nutrients. (this
is not to say that I don't love a good arab coffee a few times a
month!) And don't EVEN get me started on soda. Pure poison, and
weakens your bones.
besides, what works on certain animals (ouch, poor babies!) does not
necessarily translate to human applications. For example aspirin is
poison to cats.
ok, climbing DOWN off that soapbox!

peace

Anne

: like to your mix.... CNN reported that apparently a study on caffeine
: spiked skin lotion lowered the occurance of skin cancer in lab
