I totally understand your hesitation. But I would like to remove
your hesitation and caution in the same way that you obtained it.
With an experience of the new Kimia. Kimia got moved to where it is
because of feedback. Because of my respect for and reliance upon
peoples honest feedback of their experience with any product of
mine. That is the information that I feedback to the people
supplying me. I usually know what I am looking at, and validation
and support of that observation from others experiencing the same
problems informs me what has to be put back into the equation to get
the outcome desired.

I may just be lucky or blessed or persistent or some combination of
all of that. Because I am supplied by no one who has closed ears.
By no one who is not in complete agreement with me about the quality
of product we want to provide. I have some excellent suppliers of my
products and I push them and give them the information needed for
them to push their products to excellence. I want the same thing
from my customers. That is not an appreciated burden. That is a
gift.

That you have sat with that hesitance and reservation this long
dismays me. I don't want anything I have causing that experience in
you. Especially when I have the exact thing to remove it. You don't
have to pay to have that hesitancy removed. And neither do you have
to see what a microscope revealed to have it removed. Because I
don't just want your hesitancy and reservation removed. I want for
you to feel satisfied with the new Kimia. Email me and remind me of
the amount of Kimia you received before; provide me with your
address, and I will send you that same amount of the new Kimia at no
charge. We don't need a microscope and science between us Dawn. We
can communicate. Your transaction with me is not over until you are
satisfied.

It saddens me that people have had such experiences with vendors,
suppliers, merchants etc., that they begin to paint them all with the
same brush. That people have such low expections and levels of
confidence that they will be treated fairly and respectfully. Maybe
it surprises me because it is exactly my expectation...to be treated
fairly and respectfully. Perhaps that is why I react so strongly
when someone attempts to clump me and my products in with groups that
are suspect. With all due respect, someone elses data will never
tell anyone as my about my products and I am willing to tell you and
share via email, phone, over coffee, at any opportunity. No one can
do as complete an analysis and evaluation of my products as I do.
Because they are impartial. That impartiality doesn't drive them
where my passion for what I am selling and my obsession to keep
pushing things to be better and better drives me.

I don't want any of you thinking that you can know Kimia by some
test. You want to get to know Kimia? You ask me for a sample and I
will send you some. Play with it and learn what it teaches you. If
requested, I will share with you what I have learned. I am going to
want you to share back with me. And I am going to share it with my
suppliers. And you know what, that is what is going to get us all
what we want.
