I am glad that you found Kimia to be everything that you were looking
for. Am also glad that you put her through her paces...:-)
I will email you with some specifics about working with Kimia...just
in terms of what I do with her and how she responds. Hope you made
up enough of the Kimia paste to do a time test to let you know when
she is peak for the reds. Kimia releases the dye quickly. But then
they seem to like to sit around for 3 days inorder to produce the
best color...this is the time I refer to as Kimia doing the color
dance. Your stain will change colors and run through a range of reds
and end up that black cherry, black raspberry, black burgundy color.
You can actually experience two to three very distinctly different
colors in a day. I just like watching Kimia change colors. That is
why it is very hard to say what color red, burgundy, coco cola, black
cherry her stain is...because she goes through a lot of different
colors to get to that last peak stain color, that is usually quite
dark. That color dance. That is without terps on the palms and
feet. There is not as much color variation on the other skin and
those stains are more the browns...
I will email you my steps with Kimia prep.
