Posted by Karen Marie on September 5, 2002 at 13:02:45:Hi,everyone! This is the first time I have posted here, although I
have been lurking around for a bit. I am a henna artist in Michigan,
where a local mall has asked me to do henna on a regular basis.
Making the switch from doing henna on myself and friends to painting
the massses is quite a switch. I have read Catherine Cartwright
Jones' business rant (several times), but I still have a question. I
have been told that my clients will most likely have to be 18 and up.
However on the waiver posted in the doing henna at the Ozzfest
section, it says 16 and up. Which is it? I could understand 18 and
up if henna was permanent or dangerous, but on the other hand is a
waiver signed by a 16 year old legally binding?
I would really appreciate some input on this. Thanks so much.
