Or ........... was there anyone else there they may have mistaken you
for? Though the customer is "always right" the customers frequently
have terrible memories. Could they have your business card and instead
gotten henna from someone else? This is one occasion when a signed
waiver would be helpful. You'd KNOW if they'd been to you or mistaken
you for someone else.
