Another point that link proposes is that Jezabel was aware that she
was facing death with that political move, as she hennaed, harquused
and did her hair. Was she ONE MORE case of a woman hennaeing to
prepare herself for death/martyrdom/suicide??????????? Does this
demonstrate the antiquity of henna being used in the same way for
defloration, sacrifice, and death? No question that henna was used
for sacrifice, religious festival, and for marital defloration during
this period, but the proposition that she hennaed for certain death is
......... whoa, this is MAJOR. That backs right up to the Roman
records of henna at Masada.

Oh man this one is going to be fun! I LOVE a puzzle!
