My opinion is that's not the way to go.

Working at a tattoo store, my personal advice (and this is my advice,
and my opinion) is to not go about making your own gun. I know many
people who have and succeeded but these were established and HIGHLY
skilled tattoo artists who have been in the business for YEARS!

Seeing as i'm pretty sure your not pro yet(at least that is what is
assumed) even if you were to get a good solid gun, the resulting
tattoo would not be satisfactory, nor would it be very safe. Extreme
sanitation is priority in a tattoo studio and there's is reason for
that. And the average home does not have the facilities to
accomodate the sterilization standards of the industry (whos
standards are parallell with the health boards, at least in canada
and many states that i'm aware of).

PLEASE I urge you to get an apprentiship and learn it legitemitely.

Can anyone second this please??
