photos, scroll down a bit & there are 2 boxes, the first one is wood,
the second is cardboard. The henna paste is still on in the
pictures, eventually I scraped it off the wood box & it stained the
wood very nicely. I gave the star shaped box to my younger daughter
who left the paste on.

Does henna stain bare wood? I've seen the drums and that idea
popped
: into my head - I bet it would look a bit like woodburning.
: I am making a gun cabinet for my son & hubby and think it would be
: neat to put a touch here and there of 'outdoorsy' looking things
: (deer/trees/etc). If not henna, I will probably paint or burn
: something in the wood.
