: Bella,
:
: beautiful work! It reminds me of some of my stuff somehow...
: It seems like you're comign along very nicely if people are already
: offering you money ;)
: If you haven't, try to look up Kree...she often has henna parties
with
: all the artists she knows hennaing each other. And she's cool.

*grins* Actually, Kree did my bridal shower henna for me as shown
above, you can see the "Bear" hidden in the paisley on the left hand
if you look close enough ;)I love her work! If she is holding a henna
party anytime I'd love to join and learn if it's ok with her.

And your wish of sunshine came through nicely today! Wow! It's
beautiful today which is great because I am seeing Alanis Morrisette
at the Puyallup Fair (whens the last time you did the Puyallup Anne?
hehe). Have you or anyone you know done henna there? Seems like it
might make a good venue, although it would be a long one (for those
non locals it runs for about a week).

I also have a great design based on the sankofa (link to CCJ's
sankofa pattern I used below)to wear as I wander around thats at a
rich burnt umber atm) I chose because I liked the symbolism yet again
lol. I am turning 30 on the 28th and seemed apropo if you read the
meaning behind it.

Thank you very much for the compliements. I hope to get a decent
camera sometime so I can capture more of the art I've done and put a
site together. I've looked at everyones sites here and have drooled &
been inspired by all. Hopefully with some work I'll do the same for
others lol.
