times, with many different brands of nail varnish, and every time
there has been at least a slight stain, if not a very strong one. The
only way i have made this work is to do very many succesive coats of
the nail polish... between 3 and five thick coats. And make sure it's
completely dry before you start hennaing. So maybe do it a few hours
before you plan to henna (yes, nail varnish really does take that
long to dry hard.) Also, you will want to go all the way to the
cuticle with the polish, or you'll have litle red henna stained
crescents growing out on your nails.
I've just stopped fighting it and given in to beautiful hennaed nails!
