Here is a rangoli that is intentionally sacred (if the image will
cross post with out going up in smoke) though its a contemporary
"designer" rangoli. ... And there are some tasty "designer rangoli"
patterns available from the site linked below. Again .. they'd be
lovely henna patterns. You can see now just how close the traditional
Indian henna and rangoli patterns are.
