If there were a henna artist's license instituted and i had a month,
i think that in my position, i'd apply for it. I make a steady $150-
200 a week on henna, so i think i'd be able to come up with the
money. Also, working in a tattoo shop, i have to make sure that
everything is ok with the law. You have to be certified to tattoo, so
if such a thing were implemented for henna, it only makes sense.
