I noticed that too on a couple of search engines. If you searched on
an engine that lists first the websites that pay for placement, then
the likelihood is that what is happening is that folks selling black
henna powder are willing to pay for that priority listing. Once you
get past those listings and get to the actual webpages, there may be
more listings of websites that have natural henna powder and those
placements are not based upon who paid but rather losts of other
criteria.

I think...and mean I think because I am not absolutely sure...that
the main criteria for inclusion on most of the search engines is
limited to not allowing "adult" sites in certain areas in order to
control for who access those sites. And, not accepting sites with
hate material, selling drugs or other "illegal" stuff, are mirror
sites and some few other technicalities that have to do with
duplicating sites and being sites that are only affiliate links.
But, I don't think they have any criteria in place that would stop
the selling of black henna even for body art. If they did, all the
people owning such websites would probably do is just to list it
there as a hair product with a wink to the people looking for it.
