As for the cat thing. I played with dultion of the e oil in olive oil
(or jojaba or almond which have less of their own scent.) I started
with a two percent dilution (6-10 drops in 1 oz of oil) That was
actually enough to keep my cat of my plants (I rubbed a bit on the
outside of the pot) I'm sure it'll probably work on toesys too!!
