Yeah...a reputable seller can get hurt in the pocket...a bit...if
every buyer purchased in this say. Since it is the seller who is
going to pay that transaction fee and percentage of each
transaction. But, if the buyer combines multiple items in a single
order/transaction, then a dishonest seller can just rip the buyers
off with impunity through PayPal. So I can see why a seller would
not encourage and might just discourage the practice of making single
item transactions when you are actually wanting to order lots of
items at one time. Multiple item purchases saves the seller money
and the likelihood of a reversal/refund of money to a buyer is
greatly reduced upon any PayPal review.
