I get henna out of clothes by pre-treating the stain with a LOT of
stain remover (shout or spray and wash or whatever I have, or you can
use some liquid laundry detergent). Then I run them through the wash.
Don't dry them in the dryer until you're certain the stain is gone!
You may have to repeat the pretreating/washing. That oxy-stuff sounds
pretty good, as was mentioned - I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to.
The only henna stain that is still around is on a white t-shirt,
from henna-ing my hair. It is fading over time, though - and I
haven't been trying to get rid of it (it's in the yard work/hair
henna pile of clothes).

Zimra, currently bleaching the henna stains on her (white) kitchen
counters - if only tea stains bleached away so well!
