Good point. Overseas sales are significant, though I could offer
US-sized covers if they're unavailable locally.
It seems like a comb bound book, whenever possible, is the best
option. A person can take it apart if necessary.

I can offer CD's in the future .... but old contracts will have to be
re-negotiatied. Packing a book and a CD separately seems to me
preferable than packing them together. People are sensitive about
price point and are unlikely to purchase a higher priced item though
they will stack up several lesser priced items.
