I do a 40/60 split with her (shes the 40), after overhead. Shes worth
every penny and works just as hard as I do (I think yelling over a
crowd the same thing over and over is just as hard as slinging the
same kanji symbol for "love" all day;).

She takes really good care of me. She reminds me to drink water, eat,
breath, strech, she explains aftercare, takes money, knows the black
henna rant as well as I, slows people down, tries to talk people out
of lower back and belly designs, has them ask mommy, sign waivers,
and tell's the tough chick with the faded barbwire tattoo around her
ankle that "henna is real too." Furthermore she refills cones, seals
people up and holds the fort if I need a break to use the restroom.
Shes a gem and I love her for it.

If it wasn't for her I wouldn't make it thru gigs.

I think it boils down to their worth.
