We usually kick down 10-20 percent for each girl working to the booth
b*itch/manager/supervisor. Usually it is actually my mom who does the
same exact job to a tee as your sister but I have a girlfriend who is
great as well. On weekends when it is busy enough to demand a
separate person to run the booth we pull one of them in to help
filter out the crazies, and get people through qickly and orderly.

It is not possible to do this without the help of these wonderful
always smiling, quoting the same thing all day ladies.

They tend to make about 15-20 percent less than each henna girl for
the day.
We are still working this kind of stuff out. It can depend on the
event, if it sucks, it sucks for everyone, if its great, everyone
makes money.
bottom line is henna girls tip out to the booth girl! they ROCK!
