I think music has helped a lot with this, because it really strengthens the muscles of your hands. I play several rather strenuous instruments, and have played them for many years hence, which I think keeps my hand and wrist/forearm muscles in good condition. Maybe I am just lucky to have young sinewy hands... My hands tire a slight bit with the roll- top cones as well, because there is that folding motion that my hand makes that becomes sore. I think Kree's method of sealing the cone tightly with a twist tie helps a LOT for this, because most of the pressure is being exerted on the paste by the bag itself, rather than relying entirely on hands. ~Nick
