Three is a good number becauseyou will each be at a different stage with the clients: hennaing, taking money, doing after care, helping choose designs, making change, answering questions, etc. Each of you will eventually have to break for food and other necessities, so that will leave two people hennaing in the booth while the other is on break. Having your hubby there to help will make a big difference leaving you and other artists to focus on hennaing. Make sure to have plenty of chairs so that people can sit and let their henna dry. This keeps them from walking around and possibly smudging their designs and also makes your booth look very popular. I would also suggest having multiple copies of your books so that one book isn't tied up while someone is looking at it. Good luck!
