I'm in with Lauren's cooler of water/juice! Add some snacks orsandwiches too. Food at fairs is always hauntingly over priced.
I let my booth-pimp (My husband) handle the money. That keeps me free
to be with the customers. He keeps it on his person in an enevlope.
He's much tougher to push down then I am.
Don't forget your tip jar!
And your camera! I love to see photos of people actually at work. And
it's always nice to add that demension to a webpage.
Otherwise it sounds as if everyone here has you ready to go!
