Insurance? waivers?

I am interested in starting a mehndi business, but when I contacted a
local flea market they pretty much declined because they did not want
the "risk", even though I told them that this is very, very safe (no
black "henna"} and that I would give patch tests.

Is there insurance available? Should I use waivers and if so, how
should they be worded?
