Oh Justine - what a total bummer. I'm so sorry you had such crappyneighbors. I can certainly attest that your son is a perfectly
normal 3 year old. Forget terrible 2's - the 3's were the hardest
when my boys were that age, LOL. My youngest, Connor, was harder
because he hardly said a word before he was 3 1/2. I got him in
speech therapy and preschool (he has apraxia) and he was a wiz by the
time he was in Kindergarten :)
