Hello,

Having practiced mehndi for years on myself, I have recently trained
and encouraged a family member in the art of mehndi. She is a very
good artist, and I am a good artist, though I prefer to do original
designs.

This year, having another, enthuiastic partner, we have decided to
market our art and skills and have booked space at a local fair.
Being as we are small town, nobody offers this service and that makes
me glad. I am confident we will succeed.

I am wondering what, if anything, other mehndi artists have done with
minors, or children under the age of 18. Is there guidlines,
restrictions, or things I ought to do before I offer this service to
the younger generation? I live in Small Town Wisconsin, in the event
that it matters.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
