Speaking of a bad two weeks, I have been (unsuccessfuly) looking fora summer job because I have two months between one of my contracts
and the next, plus I have to move out by the end of the month to who
knows where. This at a time when I work from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm
because the kids are out of school now. I won't even go into the bad
experiences I've had trying to do everything at once. This weekend
is a holiday in France, and I got a three day weekend. What did I
do? On Friday at dinner, I cleverly spilled a pot of boiling water
all over my right hand and spent the next six hours soaking it in
cold water before I fell asleep. Wish I had had some henna for my
hand but I was out. The next day I sprained my ankle, resulting in a
three hour trip to the emergency room. Luckily emergency room visits
are completely free here. To top it all off, I just received a
monthly visitor =(
I hope everyone's life perks up a little this week. Big hugs to all
you guys.
