They NEED to see that they are dealing with an artist AND a businessperson. If a company thinks they can get something for free, of course they'll try it...but they may just be too ignorant of art to understand the rights of an artist and the idea of "intellectual property" extending to the art world. If they are a promo company, they should know that logos cost money to produce, and they are basically asking you to produce a dozen logos for their promo tour. I think you're right no matter what you decide. You're the one that has to sleep with your decisions. Erika
