A lawyer could certainly press the point when there was dissemination
without credit, but ..... that gets into a gray area of arguments and
counterarguments. I stilck with the simpler line that ... if you just
pick it up and change it less than 15%, you better have permission.
That's why I have no problem with people using my designs in henna,
because translating from graphic art to henna changes it more than
15%. If they take one of my graphic images, paragraphs, or suchlike
and just drop it on their website without changes ... with no citation
link or anything, that's a copyright violation
