If you sell merchandise at a loss you're DEFINITELY cutting off your
nose, so don't do it. She'll keep asking around, she'll find someone
who'll use crap henna full of sand and chaff, meet her price, and
then wonder why people come back to her store complaining of lousy
stain, jamming cones ..... and then the supplier will be unable to
fill orders because $1 a cone is labor/cost/product non-starter.

Thick-headedness often provides its own cure.
