Difficulties getting insurance

I'm trying to get insurance for my place, it's a small place where I
have three ladies starting soon doing reiki, hypnotherapy, and beauty
treatments,the problem lies with the henna painting. I am being asked
about how I produce it , how it's applied, how long it lasts, do I
use *black* henna ! etc etc....I know I need cover, but from who? (
I don't expect to get a recommendation as I live too far away from
you girls in the know), but I just needed to tell you of the problem,
thanks.
