The bridal thing is a pain, but you're right, and you know you'reright. She asked to book for a time you're already engaged, and you
should feel no more guilt than if someone else had called for that
same time period. Perhaps you could offer a day before or after, but
don't cancel the already-set job.
What I'd be more concerned about is the people owing you money from
the gig this s8ummer. This is an unacceptable runaround. Offer to
take them to small claims court if they don;t have you paid in full
in two weeks- and then do so.
