Thanks for support and advice. I do know what to do, but feel likesuch a b***h doing it. The bottom line is the party was booked for 3-
6, and then last week she wants it changed to 6:30-9:30. Can't be
done.
I think I will do the cowardly thing and send an email -- it avoids
all the emotionally wrenching stuff she can do over the phone and it
gets my position in writing.
BTW, I've referred a few people to you (lots of our resort guests are
from LA...it's a close vacation for busy people, I guess)
