I've already done 5 jobs for strangers: : without one. I want it to fit on a 1/4 sheet or less. What do I need : : to include? Any suggestions would be helpful. : : Thanks a bunch. : : My friendly local household legal expert says there really isn't any : waiver anywhere that would stand up in court for longer than it would : take the prosecution to blow their nose on it. If you hurt someone : ... you can get whacked. Nobody can sign away their right to not be : injured. Waivers DO make people feel better, get them to pay : attention for a few minutes to what's going on, and deter some future : whining. They do indicate that the provider of *whatever* is : attempting to take action to avoid "forseeable harm" and to give : people informed consent. My Ozzfest waiver is in the link below .... : down the left hand side of the page at the bottom.
