I once worked as a henna artist for the organisation i worked for.I made it clear that i would do the event as a hired henna artist
and not as the existing employee. They never added the amount they
owed me too my payslip, but let me wait 3 months with their cheque,
becuase i was working for them anyways.
It wasnt the same situation like you had, but just thought i'd
share. :)
