Many people have no objection to the green dye as long as the stain is
good. It's certainly not in the same category as
para-phenylenediamine black ... though that green molecule is in the
azine dyd family.

I personally don't use henna with the green dye, ... it just plain
annoys me ... just like I find fruits coated with parrafin and wax to
"pretty them up" stupid, and tomatoes picked green and then flushed
with ethylene (?) to make them appear ripe despicable. I also don't
like salmon that is artificially dyed so it will look healthy and wild.
