Conduit is metal pipe stuff. Then ... for an 8' x 8' booth ... say .... I want 10 pieces of 3/4" conduit cut 4' long for the roof and ... the rest is however you're configuring the verticals. I did 4+2. To sew the sides, I sewed 8' x 6' cotton flats with ties on the corners and every 2 feet and just tied it to the poles. It never seemed complicated to me ... but perhaps it is, and perhaps that's why so many people have an EZ up. Also .. I was always terminally broke. The booth initially cost me $80 and I had the same one 15 years later. Several times I said to myself .. should I get an EZ up or should I feed the kids?
