canopy regulations?

Many events out here specify youmust have a white , 10x 10 canopy, another
reason to purchase the Caravan or EZ up for some of us.
Also , most of the time, we are on asphalt or concrete, and can not stake
anything to the ground. It is expressly forbidden andoften impossible anyway.
The weights keep the canopy from taking off except it a tornado.
