Well unless you like the look of plastic walls....get some cloth! :)

The link below is my booth at an SCA event...a little worse for
wear, and the internal set up has changed a bit. I could really
give a hoot about being 'period' because I need something
functional, easy to set up by myself, and can be packed in/on a
car. I would love a period tent but that's an extravagance for the
future. I can't take a period tent to a mundane event, but I can
dress up/dress down my ez-up.
90% of the cloth for my tent came from the 1$ bin at WalMart. Other
pieces were picked up at thrift stores or I had already had
them...with the exception of the Lakshmi tapestry (and the Shiva
that isn't pictured) were gifts from a friend. For seating I used
foldable camping furniture which I have sew slip covers for.
When the walls were first sewn there were ties at the tops and
sides...I tied the walls on all last year. Got tired of that so
this year I made velcro tabs and sewed all those on...time consuming
to do in one sitting, but it makes quicker set up/tear down...even
trade for time I think.
There is a ceiling inside my booth which completely covers all the
hardware...just because I didn't like the look of my booth without
it.
I used to sleep behind the Lakshmi tapestry...it's used to wall off
the back half of my booth...and work out of the front 5'x10'. But I
got a twin camp cot (air mattress on a scissor action frame) that is
set up like a chaise and now it's also used for people needing
bellies or having their feet comfortably done (I also sleep on it at
night). Now I just leave a little room behind the tapestry for
hidden storage.
What I have set up is a travelling living room that has a lot of
atmosphere for people to be comfortable in. When we are doing
camping events it does become an evening hang out for dinner.

Now...with all this said...this is what you can do with an EZ-UP.
With a tinkertoy/conduit set up...for walls you can easily make tab
top walls and slide those on very quickly.
Another fun idea is to purchase painters drop cloth/canvas and use
those for walls. You can always paint designs on them. In the
picture there is a little bit of a booth on the left side...they
painted the canvas to look like stone.

It may all sound daunting but winter is coming...many little
projects to keep a person going!
