The good thing about the water filled milk jugs is: you can make yourkids go fill and carry them and get them out from underfoot while
you're setting up.
The bad thing about cement and PVC is you can't get the 6 year old to
tote it for you ... and if your tiny car is loaded to the max, you
can't haul the big stuff around.
