I don't really have a problem with giving people the design that
they want, as long as they are gracious about it. What I hate are a
bunch of drunks asking me for roses on their boobs or skull and

Klowns, etc... As little work as a henna artist gets these days, I
really don't see how anyone can afford to be choosy, unless this
isn't their main source of income. I don't necessarily pick and
choose designs, but I pick and choose locations to set up. BUT...My
husband's income is the primary income in our home, not mine.

In fact, I'm probably only going to do one art festival per year
after the season ends in mid-November this year...as opposed to 2 or
3 major gigs each month. I'm so burnt out on doing the physical
part of henna slinging as a job. I want to focus on teaching henna
classes and publishing the zine.
