Any design has the potential to transform the way the client wears their body and any design can make a person feel empowered and special if they want it to. I suspect that many traditional patterns were worn because people thought they were cool, humans never do anything for one reason alone. It’s great to be protected from Jinn but it’s also good to get pampered, socialise and feel glamorous or ‘cool’. Cool changes from time to time and that does not in any way de- value ‘cool’ or make it somehow less meaningful as a style. Helping a person to feel cool about themselves is a fine thing to do whatever the style of choice may be. And yes I am biased :-) Alex AKA Spellstone.
