Don't open the door to the study and begin reading.
Take down a musical instrument."

what music would you like today?

Bellydance Superstars
I really like this CD since the music is a variety of Middle-East regions with new and old songs and it really gets me in the mood.

The Karma Collection "Sunrise"
This CD is great for a really mellow henna session. All the beats are smooth and relaxing and with just a hint of Techno. When I put this CD on, most of the time the person I am hennaing usually relaxes so much they drift off to sleep.

Maria Mena "White Turns Blue"
I love Maria Mena, her voice is very soft and vulnerable. It is very emotional and the lyric are honest. I will play this one when I henna my younger clients; especially my niece after she has had a bad day. This CD makes both of us feel better while I henna.

Ghost In The Shell "Stand Alone Complex" [soundtrack]
By far my favorite CD! I find it to be the best because it has both instrumental and lyrical songs. Some songs are in English and one is partial in Russian. None of the artists are well known here in the US unless you watch the tv series. It was composed by Yoko Kanno who is the mastermind behind other great soundtracks like Cowboy Bebop & Wolf's Rain.

My Chemical Romance "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge"
This CD rocks!! When I want to be energized while I henna I pop this CD in. The energy from the music gets me so psyched. It is great, what can I say, it ROCKS!
