Don't open the door to the study and begin reading.
Take down a musical instrument."

what music would you like today?

Tina Turner "Simply the Best"
Oh how I love this CD. There isn’t a song on here that I don’t LOVE. My favorites are “Best” and “We Don’t Need Another Hero”. I love her voice and can listen to it all day long without getting tired of it. Definitely a good one for keeping me going during a henna gig.

B-52’s "Cosmic Thing"
I listen to this one to keep me up and moving during longer events. How can you hear “Cosmic Thing” (the song) and not start dancing? Most of my clients like it a lot too.

3. Gavin DeGraw "Chariot"
One of my latest purchases, and I really like it. “I Don’t Want to Be” is worth the price alone. I don’t find myself getting distracted by the music while I am working either. I tried it out while doing some major hennaing (?) on my sister-in-law over the weekend. I will definitely have it on hand this summer.

U2 "Joshua Tree"
I wore out the tape that I had bought back in the 90’s, and bought “Joshua Tree” on CD specifically for the purpose of using it while doing henna. I really like “Bullet the Blue Sky”, and “In God’s Country”. In my humble opinion, this is one of U2’s best. I’ve used this CD for the last 2 henna seasons, and will be keeping it in my bag of henna stuff.

Joss Stone "Mind, Body & Soul"
This girl makes me wish I could sing! I love this one for henna parties, and look forward to using it for outdoor gigs this summer. I bought it after hearing “Spoiled” on the radio, and have found that I enjoy the other songs just as much.
