My first instinct says to add it to the tea mixture, then strain it
into the henna. If you sift it in with the henna, you will have henna-
particles floating around with walnut-hull particles, competing for
space (I'm having physiology class flashbacks now :-) At least that's
my theory.
I would boil the walnut hull powder with the dried limes and tea,
and then strain the whole thing into the henna. If the hulls are
ground very fine, I would probably strain it twice.
