Black walnut hull powder

I finally came across some of this in the local healthfood store and
remembered reading about it here. It isn't that expensive so I am
going to try it out when my brand new castle arts henna!!!! shows up.
My question is what is the best way to take advantage of the staining
properties of the black walnut hull powder? Should I sift it right in
with the henna or would it be better to add it to the tea and dried
lime potion?

PS another great music festival this weekend at Kispiox ( I know you
have no idea where this is, thats fine ;)) and more mehndi mehndi
mehndi!!!
