Did this poor sunburned woman get her burn after her henna? I had my first mehndi done in Hawaii on my honeymoon and got a sunburn after (it was black though). When the burn faded to tan and the 'henna' had disappeared, it left a beautiful, pale image of a lotus flower on a dark background. Not that I recommend this. Not sure if natural henna would do the same, might not block the UV rays as completely.
