Yes, I'm coping with Sirius-withdrawal right now...I'd much rather be
under the trees playing with henna than in the office...

I learned lots as well...everything that Zimra said, plus:

1. If you bandage your hennaed and latexed foot with lots of tp and
tape, you can put your sandal on and walk back to your tent, and even
to the bathroom and back, but it probably wouldn't hold up for a whole
day of walking. (this was done AFTER I saw what had happened to
Zimra's beautiful design...)

2. Always wear sunscreen. And if you are going to get a full-body
design, make sure that sunscreen is liberally applied to those bits
that won't get hennaed. We should have had some spray sunscreen
(along with the bug spray)...I feel SO sorry for the woman with the
full-body henna and the very special sunburn.... :-(

3. The more henna artists, the merrier. It was great meeting and
playing henna with so many people...It would so excellent to have 25-
30 henna artists next year...just think of all the ideas to share,
patterns to think about, tales to tell, and fun to be had!!
